Why do we hate the coffee snob? A fabricated idea of a pretentious coffee drinker more interested in putting down those that don’t understand coffee than just enjoying it. A barista snickering and laughing at the customer who doesn’t know the difference between organic and fair trade. A sweater-vest wearing connoisseur rolling his eyes when he hears the word, ‘eXpresso.’

These are the thoughts that come to mind when we think of a coffee snob. But do these people actually exist?
