- We ship our orders through Federal Express. Almost all orders will ship on the day that they are placed unless we are out of stock on that item or unless your order has been placed after 3pm CST.

- Returns & Replacements
- Your problem is our problem, call us. We accept returns on all non-functioning or defective machines upto 30 days from purchase. Lavazza espresso machines are covered under the 1-year manufacturer warranty from Lavazza.

- Viewing Orders
- You can view your orders, past or present any time by creating an account and logging in above. Additionally, when your order is shipped, you will recieve a notification along with a Federal Express tracking number.
